Ribbons and Strings Ensembles are the chosen ensembles of the March of Dimes for the Denver/Boulder region. OUR REPERTOIRE LISTS OF MUSIC – we offer the largest repertoire list imaginable with over 1000 pieces. If it were humanly possible and if we played every piece we have without repeating any of the pieces, it would take about 114 hours. AND our repertoire is growing larger continually. Not only is the repertoire large but we offer a GREAT RANGE OF MUSICAL STYLES and EACH STYLE HAS ITS OWN LARGE REPERTOIRE within the main repertoire lists. For example, we do not give you a few Classical choices and a few Broadway choices. WE OFFER A LARGE LIST IN EVERY CATEGORY OF MUSIC and WE HAVE MORE STYLES OF MUSIC THAN ANY OTHER ENSEMBLE for hire in this region including CELTIC, RENAISSANCE, and JEWISH. Few ensembles are able to perform as many styles as we offer. 'From Before Bach to Classic Rock' best describes our versatility. We have the great ability to go right from Beethoven to Led Zeppelin, then on to a Strauss waltz for example!! As a huge bonus, I am a professional music arranger, with years of experience in composing and arranging. I will arrange nearly any piece (for an additional and reasonable fee and with sufficient notice) for the RIBBONS and STRINGS ensemble you hire. So, yes you can have that SPECIAL SONG for your WEDDING/EVENT performed by one of our ensembles. 3. WE CARE ABOUT YOU, OUR CLIENTS. Check out OUR client feedback on our press kit. Our caring is reflected in that WE OFFER COUPLES LISTENING EVENINGS for our wedding couples. You actually come and hear us and meet us in a casual and fun setting and have us help you with your music selections. WE PLAY PIECES FOR YOU BASED ON WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR during these evenings. Then we help you select music if you want us to or simply to organize the order etc. We help in any way we can.
